Job Specific Accountabilities:
Task and Workflow Management
- Follow up on tasks and activities issued by the CEO or as indicated in meeting minutes.
- Organize and track the implementation of assignments to ensure timely completion.
Communication Oversight
- Lead the daily review and follow-up of the office email to ensure prompt responses.
- Oversee the preparation and distribution of meeting minutes, ensuring action items are clearly communicated.
Documentation and Archiving
- Lead the organization, archiving, and management of reports and correspondences.
- Ensure the protection and confidentiality of both inbound and outbound communications related to the CEO's confidential affairs.
Schedule and Appointment Coordination
- Lead the management the CEO's schedule, appointments, and meetings.
- Oversee the coordination of the CEO's travel arrangements and other business requirements.
Operational Excellence
- Lead the Organization and management of office operations to address both internal and external challenges.
- Identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies for increased productivity.
- Assess and recommend technology solutions to optimize business operations.
Culture and Continuous Improvement
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge transfer within the organization.
- Encourage the adoption of best practices and innovative approaches to improve operational efficiency.
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, Management, or any other related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Project Management, Executive Support, communication, or any other related field.
- Preferred 4 years in a leadership role.
