Job Description

Job Specific Accountabilities:

Task and Workflow Management

  • Follow up on tasks and activities issued by the CEO or as indicated in meeting minutes.
  • Organize and track the implementation of assignments to ensure timely completion.

Communication Oversight

  • Lead the daily review and follow-up of the office email to ensure prompt responses.
  • Oversee the preparation and distribution of meeting minutes, ensuring action items are clearly communicated.

Documentation and Archiving

  • Lead the organization, archiving, and management of reports and correspondences.
  • Ensure the protection and confidentiality of both inbound and outbound communications related to the CEO's confidential affairs.

Schedule and Appointment Coordination

  • Lead the management the CEO's schedule, appointments, and meetings.
  • Oversee the coordination of the CEO's travel arrangements and other business requirements.

Operational Excellence

  • Lead the Organization and management of office operations to address both internal and external challenges.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies for increased productivity.
  • Assess and recommend technology solutions to optimize business operations.

Culture and Continuous Improvement

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge transfer within the organization.
  • Encourage the adoption of best practices and innovative approaches to improve operational efficiency.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, Management, or any other related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Project Management, Executive Support, communication, or any other related field.
  • Preferred 4 years in a leadership role.
