Role Purpose:
The courier is responsible for efficiently sorting, loading/unloading, delivering, and picking up shipments within the assigned service area while maintaining DHL's service quality, customer focus, and safety standards.
Core Responsibilities:
- Represent DHL professionally; maintain uniform, grooming, and customer-first conduct.
- Deliver and pick up all shipments on time (meeting RDD and PU targets).
- Scan all shipment activities accurately using the electronic scanner.
- Handle special delivery requests and follow up on customer inquiries.
- Collect and report any cash received.
- Support operations tasks such as loading, unloading, and sorting freight.
Experience & Requirements:
- Holds a bachelor's degree.
- Ability to drive car with manual transmission.
- Valid driver's license.
- Physical fitness to lift, move, and handle shipments regularly.
- Good English communication.
