Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee the successful delivery of software projects across multiple engineering squads. The role focuses on driving Agile execution, managing delivery risks, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and maintaining high standards of project governance and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the successful delivery of software projects on time and within scope.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum processes and manage team capacity and velocity.
- Communicate delivery risks, project status, and timelines to senior stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation across multiple squads.
- Remove organizational barriers to ensure smooth development cycles.
Qualifications
- BSc in Business Informatics or Computer Science.
- 810 years in technical project or delivery management.
- Leadership and decision-making
- Stakeholder communication
- Problem-solving and risk management
- Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Project delivery management
- Risk mitigation strategies
- Project management and delivery tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar).
- Ability to manage complex software delivery across multiple teams.
- Ability to monitor team velocity and optimize Agile workflows.
- Ability to manage budgets and allocate project resources effectively.
- Ability to communicate project risks and delivery status to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to remove operational blockers and ensure delivery continuity.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
