Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Area Sales Team Leader located in Delta. with Oraimo Team

The Retail Sales Supervisor will reasonable about :

1- Open & Activate new shops through his sales representative team in each area in Delta

2- Supervising inventory levels Manage , the stock of his activated shops and make sure all product variety is available in stock .

3-Maintain shop sales and display .

4- increase the sales and grow the business in his shops region and achieve his target .

day-to-day retail operations, manage and guide sales staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain high standards of customer service. Responsibilities include ,

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and the ability to lead a team effectively
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Retail Sales experience with a focus on achieving sales targets
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the tech accessories industry or mobile Not less than 5 years
