Demand Planner and Sourcing

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Demand Planner and Sourcing Specialist based in Dubai. The role involves demand forecasting, managing production and supply planning, and ensuring operational efficiency. The candidate will analyze data and market trends to accurately estimate product demand, coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal inventory levels, and develop sourcing strategies to meet business objectives. Strong communication and collaboration with various teams and vendors will be an integral part of daily responsibilities.

• Proficiency in Demand Planning and Demand Forecasting to predict and manage product demand effectively.
• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data for decision-making purposes.
• Experience in Production Planning to optimize supply chain processes and inventory management.
• Exceptional Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with supply chain management and procurement best practices is a plus.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and forecasting tools is preferred.
• Educational background in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
