Urgent Hiring - Demand Planner
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in demand planning, sales forecasting, supply chain, or inventory management with proven success in forecasting and replenishment
- Strong analytical and statistical forecasting skills
- Excellent command of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Excel (Pivot, Power Query), and Power BI
- Understanding of S&OP, inventory control, and production planning principles
- Language: Fluent in English.
Responsibilities:
- Execute demand forecasting activities to ensure product availability
- Analyze sales trends and market data to develop accurate demand forecasts.
- Manage replenishment processes and maintain optimal inventory levels to minimize stockouts or overstock.
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and procurement teams to align forecasts with operational realities.
- Utilize ERP and planning tools to prepare analytical reports and dashboards for management review.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and implement continuous improvements in the planning process.
- Execute scenario analysis and demand projections.
