AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY.
- Prepare and update weekly, and monthly WSSI and performance reports (Sales, Margin, Stock, Inwards, Markdown)
- Support seasonal and monthly sales, stock, and margin planning at Brand/Category level
- Assist in preparing sales re-forecasts based on historical trends and current performance
- Help track plan vs. actual performance and highlight variances
- Monitor stock levels, sell-through, and cover to highlight deviations vs plan
- Maintain planning spreadsheets, and dashboards accurately.
- Ensure data accuracy in reports related to sales, stock, and pricing.
- Support ad-hoc analysis for management reviews
ACTIVITIES
- Compile WSSI and KPI reports covering sales, margin, stock, inwards, markdowns, sell-through, cover and circulate to planning teams on time.
- Update planning templates with historical data and targets to assist Senior planners.
- Track current performance against plan and help update sales and stock forecasts based on trends
- Monitor weekly performance versus plan, identify variances in sales, margin, and stock, and flag risks or opportunities to the Senior planner.
- Maintain planning spreadsheets and dashboards with accurate data, validate numbers across systems, and support ad-hoc analysis for the planning team.
ACADEMIC/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION.
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management or related field relevant to fashion.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE.
• Minimum 5–7-year experience in Core Planning within the fashion or Retail Sector.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATION.
• Proficiency in Excel and a strong understanding of retail KPIs and reporting.
