Job Description

Job Brief :

To control and support the accurate and continuous monitoring and analysis of all clients profile, so as to generate information that will assist in the accurate evaluation of the individuals and companies credibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including SAMA and AML/CTF standards
  • Oversee KYC, CDD, and EDD processes, including client risk assessments and sanctions/PEP screening
  • Manage AML/CTF risk by identifying suspicious activities and supporting investigations and reporting
  • Provide expert compliance guidance across business units and support new product/service reviews
  • Monitor regulatory developments and drive continuous improvements in compliance processes and controls
  • Support and follow up on audit findings and SAMA inspection requirements
  • Prepare and review compliance reports, KPIs, and management information
  • Conduct awareness sessions and training on financial crime prevention and compliance practices
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members to ensure high performance and productivity
  • Participate in committees and cross-functional meetings as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional certification (e.g., ACAMS, ICA, or similar) preferred
  • 5-8 years of experience in banking, compliance, risk, or audit
  • Advanced English proficiency

Technical Knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of banking products and operations
  • Good understanding of local and international regulations (including AML/CTF)
  • Familiarity with risk management principles and industry standards
  • Basic to intermediate data analysis and reporting skills
