About the Role
As a Demand Planner you will play an integral role in supporting the business secure achievements of sales targets by owning, facilitating, and the administration of sales forecasting and demand management for the respective customers / customer-segments. Your responsibilities will include data analysis, cross-functional collaboration to ensure proper demand forecasting, inventory management and supply planning.

What You Will Do
Lead SOP process for the respective BU, engaging with all stakeholders (commercial team, marketing, supply and production.
Provide accurate forecast to the production, including market development, sales patterns for mid/long term forecast.
Report on Forecast accuracy and support high service level.
Follow up on the launches and marketing activities, effectively managing PIPOs, support organization with efficient product flow and cost saving activities.
Run effective communication for ongoing processes within DP.
Work on continuous improvement and development of Planning Process.
Manage replenishments and stock levels for designated destination, stock management at destination (Supply function to the market WH).
Coordination of the supply related topics with local logistics team in RSA.
Who You Are
Must have a Bachelors degree in business administration, supply chain, or economics.
Must have minimum 2-3 years of experience in Demand Planning or supply chain management.
FMCG experience is preferred.
Must be proficient in SAP APO (DP), knowledge of S4 HANA/ IBP is a benefit.
Must be a confident user of analytical reports/ excel functionality.
PowerBi expertise is an added advantage.
Must be fluent in English.
