Role Description

This full-time Senior B2B Sales role is based on-site in Cairo, Egypt. The responsibilities include managing and expanding client portfolios, establishing and strengthening relationships with business partners, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering training sessions to support product knowledge and sales strategies. Additionally, you will collaborate with the sales management team to contribute to overall business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Ability to deliver effective training sessions to support team development and client understanding
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in B2B sales or industrial tools and materials is considered an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred
