This is a full-time on-site role for a Demi Chef De Partie specializing in the cold section, located in Jeddah. Responsibilities include preparing and presenting cold dishes, maintaining kitchen and food safety standards, coordinating daily tasks with the culinary team, and assisting in the development of new recipes. The role requires ensuring the highest quality standards in food preparation and presentation while managing inventory and minimizing waste.

• Culinary skills: Proficiency in preparing cold dishes, knowledge of culinary techniques, and ability to create visually appealing food presentations.
• Food Safety: Understanding of food hygiene and safety standards, as well as the ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Team Collaboration: Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with other kitchen staff and manage daily tasks effectively.
• Creativity and Problem Solving: Ability to develop new menu items for the cold section and adapt recipes as needed.
• Experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end culinary establishment is preferred.
