Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Demi Chef de Partie to assist our culinary team in preparing delicious meals for our guests. The Demi Chef de Partie will be responsible for ensuring the quality and presentation of all dishes and assisting in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Job Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of various dishes according to recipes and standards
- Ensure that all food items are prepared and stored in a safe and hygienic manner
- Help in maintaining kitchen equipment and utensils
- Collaborate with the team to maintain high quality and consistency in dishes
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and the ability to follow recipes accurately
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality dishes
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Certification from a culinary school or relevant training is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
