Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present healthy menu items according to company standards
- Support the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and portion control

- Assist in mise en place and smooth service operations
- Contribute ideas for healthy menu development and improvements
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
- Experience in healthy, diet-focused, or clean-eating cuisine
- Knowledge of fresh ingredients, nutrition, and modern cooking methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail
