The Role

We are looking for a passionate Demi Chef de Partie specializing in Italian cuisine, with a strong focus on pasta & pizza dishes. This role is key to delivering authentic flavors and exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Qualifications

Who You Are

Culinary diploma or equivalent certification.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Italian cuisine, with expertise in pasta preparation.

Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
