At Six Flags Qiddiya City, The Demi Chef De Partie will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of various dishes in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. This role requires prior short order cooking experience, a strong work ethic and the ability to work well under pressure. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Requirements
Education:
High School Certification
Culinary Degree or Similar work Experience
Food Manager Sanitation Certification from Accredited Program such as ServSafe or Highfield PIC
Experience: 2-4 years of experience as a Demi Chef De Partie or similar role in a high-volume kitchen related experience.
Experience in high volume kitchen environments-Restaurants/Hotels/Theme Parks/Sports and Entertainment sectors
Skills:
- Adept knowledge of industry food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work consistently well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a multi-cultural team
