Demi Chef de Partie Pastry with a passion for presentation, dedication to flavour, and a commitment to excellence in every dessert, from the first whisk to the final garnish.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:
- Creating high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods that delight the senses and elevate every dining experience
- Assisting in the preparation and presentation of pastry items to meet high culinary standards
- Taking ownership of your pastry workstation managing supplies, equipment, and minimizing waste
- Maintaining exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards, ensuring full compliance with local health regulations
- Supporting the Chef and wider kitchen team with prep, service, and occasional general kitchen duties
- Collaborating with colleagues across departments to deliver seamless service and memorable guest experiences
What we need from you:
- Previous experience in a professional pastry kitchen, ideally at Commis or Demi Chef de Partie level
- A genuine passion for pastry arts and creativity in presentation and flavour pairing
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Compliance with local food handling and safety regulations
- A positive attitude and great communication you're warm, approachable, and a true team player
