Job Title: Product Owner – Dental Solutions (Clear Aligners & Appliances)
Position Overview:
K-Line is expanding its dental portfolio beyond clear aligners into a comprehensive range of orthodontic and dental solutions, including night guards, mouth guards, bleaching trays, and pediatric appliances.
We are seeking a clinically experienced Dentist with a strong background in clear aligners and product lifecycle management to join us as a Product Owner. This role will bridge clinical expertise with product innovation, ensuring the development of high-quality, market-leading dental products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle:
(Ideation → Clinical validation → Development → Launch → Optimization)
- Act as the clinical voice of the product, ensuring all solutions meet the dentist and patient needs.
- Lead product strategy and roadmap for clear aligners and related dental appliances.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and clinical validation to identify product opportunities.
Collaborate closely with:
- R&D / Digital Design ( DCs & CAD/CAM teams)
- Customer Experience
- Production & Quality
- Marketing & Sales teams
- Translate clinical requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
- Drive go-to-market strategy, including product positioning, training materials, and clinical guidelines.
Monitor product performance using:
- Customer feedback
- Clinical outcomes
- Sales data
- -Lead continuous improvement initiatives based on real-world usage and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry (BDS or equivalent) – Mandatory
- 3–7+ years of clinical experience, preferably in:
- Clear Aligners
- Orthodontics / Digital Dentistry
- Proven experience in:
- Product Ownership / Product Management OR
- Strong involvement in product development / innovation projects
Strong understanding of:
- Clear aligner workflows (digital scans, treatment planning, staging)
- End-to-end product lifecycle management
- Ability to bridge clinical and technical teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Preferred Qualifications
- -Experience in medical devices or dental manufacturing
Familiarity with:
- 3Shape workflows
- CAD/CAM technologies
- Digital orthodontics platforms
- -Previous exposure to:
- Product launches
- Go-to-market strategies
- Clinical training delivery
Working Conditions:
