We're seeking an exceptional Deputy Chief Communications Officer to join a high profile organization in Dubai. This enterprise level role leads internal and external communications, employer brand, CSR, trade relations, and online reputationplaying a critical part in protecting and enhancing organizational value.

You'll steward the enterprise narrative, anticipate reputational risk, and advise senior leadership in a complex, regulated, multi stakeholder environment, leveraging data and AI enabled insights. The role requires strong judgment, commercial acumen, and decisive leadership during high stakes and crisis situations.

About you:

1215+ years in senior communications or reputation leadership roles

Deep experience working with government entities and regulators

Strong crisis, media, and stakeholder management expertise

English speaker, currently based in Dubai
