Founded in 1992, ZOOMLION Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in developing and manufacturing major high-tech equipment in the areas of engineering industry and agricultural industry.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for the development and management of regional support functions, including market operations, finance, HR, administration, logistics, customs clearance, warehousing, financing, taxation, legal affairs, service, and spare parts.
2. Responsible for market opportunity development, relationship maintenance, business management, and expansion of direct end customers and channel partners within the region.
3. Responsible for collecting and analyzing market information, industry trends, and sales data within the region.
4. Responsible for platform establishment, compliance management, system framework development, team building, and overall resource coordination across countries within the region.
5. Drive and ensure achievement of regional sales targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 5 years of overseas experience in construction machinery, commercial vehicles (heavy trucks, special-purpose vehicles, etc.), passenger vehicles, or other large equipment-related industries, with at least 2 years of experience in local sales team management or subsidiary operations management.

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Management, Marketing, or related fields (major not strictly limited).

English must be fluent and used as a working language.

Strong leadership skills with proven experience in team building and talent development.

Willing to be based in the UAE and travel frequently within the region as required.
