ESMOS Recruitment is looking for the Deputy Head of Marketing for one of our clients In the events and exhibition industry based in Dubai. This role will support the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to strengthen brand positioning, drive audience growth, and support commercial success. The role focuses on delivering integrated, data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple channels to engage target audiences and maximise event visibility and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of the overall marketing strategy and brand positioning.
- Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns to attract visitors, delegates, exhibitors, and sponsors.
- Utilise digital marketing, analytics, CRM, and marketing automation to optimise audience acquisition and engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with sales, sponsorship, and internal teams to support revenue growth and partnership initiatives.
- Manage and develop a high-performing marketing team and ensure effective project delivery.
- Oversee digital platforms, including website, content, and marketing automation tools.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activity to identify opportunities and strengthen market position.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing management, preferably within events, exhibitions, or B2B sectors.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, campaign management, CRM, and data analytics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
