Deputy Managing Director

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Managing Director, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Deputy Managing Director will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, aligning organizational goals with strategic objectives, and managing cross-functional teams. They will also collaborate with the executive team to evaluate performance metrics, implement business strategies, and improve operational efficiency. The role will focus on maintaining client relationships, ensuring project delivery, and supporting the growth of the organization.

• Experience in CRM, Digital Transformation, System Integration, or Software Consultation projects.
• Proficiency in project management, financial planning, and resource optimization.

• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a managerial or executive role, preferably in the software or technology sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
