Job Title: Deputy Operations Manager - IS

Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Your Tasks

• Lead and deliver Industrial services covering third-party, in-service inspections and QA/QC. Resource management and ensuring their utilization is maintained.

• Support the Technical Manager in the development and implementation of the department's strategic plans and policies, and provide leadership and direction to the technical staff.

• Carry out Inspection, Testing and Certification including welding, painting and NDT inspections according to TUV SUD Quality and Operation Procedures, Applicable Statutory Requirements, Standards and Code of practice.

• Lead the development plan of conventional and advanced NDT including inspections and consultancy.

• Support the bidding process and preparations of technical and commercial proposals along with tenders and sales teams

Your Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 8-15 years of experience in similar role.

• NDT Level III, Welding/CSWIP/IWE, Painting/BGAS/NACE, ISO 9001 QMS Auditor.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders and managing operations.

• Excellent customer service, problem solving and critical thinking skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in managing administrative tasks.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to adapt and respond effectively in a dynamic business environment.
