Position Summary
The Deputy Regional COO supports the Regional COO in leading and executing operational strategy across the region. This role involves direct oversight of key departments, driving performance, and ensuring alignment with corporate goals. The Deputy acts as second-in-command and may represent the COO in their absence.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight
- Supervise daily operations across logistics, finance, IT, and commercial departments.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure operational targets are met.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Strategic Execution
- Translate corporate strategy into actionable regional plans.
- Support the rollout of new systems, processes, and compliance frameworks.
- Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Leadership & Coordination
- Manage department heads and ensure interdepartmental collaboration.
- Represent the COO in meetings, reviews, and external engagements.
- Mentor operational teams and promote performance culture.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare executive reports and dashboards for the COO and HQ.
- Analyse operational data to guide decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting across departments.

Qualifications
