Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Design Architect to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing creative design concepts, producing detailed architectural drawings, and coordinating with clients, consultants, and project teams across all design stages.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural designs aligned with client requirements and project objectives.
- Prepare presentation materials, drawings, and high-quality 3D visualizations to effectively communicate design intent.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants to ensure proper design integration and constructability.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation for authority approvals and construction.
- Participate in design reviews, workshops, and client meetings to present and refine proposals.
- Ensure compliance with local Saudi building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and site teams to maintain design quality during execution.
- Provide architectural input and clarifications during tendering and construction stages when required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- 23 years of professional experience in architectural design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both conceptual creativity and technical capability.
- Proficiency in Revit required.
- Experience with 3dsMax preferred; knowledge of Lumion, D5, or similar visualization tools is a plus.
- Good understanding of Saudi building codes, regulations, and approval processes.
- Professional working proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and coordination abilities within multidisciplinary teams.
- Immediate availability or short notice period is preferred.
