Key Responsibilities:
1. Conceptual & Interior Design:
- Develop original design concepts for F&B outlets aligned with brand identity.
- Produce detailed 2D drawings, 3D renderings, and mood boards to communicate design intent.
- Collaborate with brand and marketing teams to ensure design consistency across outlets.
2. Operational Design Integration:
- Work with operations and kitchen teams to design functional layouts for efficient workflow.
- Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and building regulations for food service.
- Optimize seating, circulation, lighting, and acoustics for maximum customer comfort.
3. Project Management & Execution:
- Prepare construction documents, material specifications, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors for seamless project execution.
- Monitor projects from concept through completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
4. Innovation & Trend Analysis:
- Stay updated on global F&B design trends, materials, and technologies.
- Introduce creative solutions that enhance the customer experience and brand differentiation.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and procurement to align design with business objectives.
- Support multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and brand standards.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in F&B, hospitality, or retail design.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D rendering software, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent knowledge of construction materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture design.
- Strong understanding of kitchen and front-of-house operations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Ability to balance creativity with operational and commercial requirements.
