Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Design Director based in New Cairo. The Design Director will oversee the design process, from concept to implementation, as well as manage design teams and ensure the delivery of high-quality projects. The individual will provide expertise in branding, architecture, and product design while directing the creation of construction drawings. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with clients, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring adherence to design standards and budgets.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Design Management, including project oversight and team leadership
• Deep understanding of Branding and its role in creative decision-making
• Experience in Architecture and Product Design, with a strong ability to guide innovative concepts
• Proficiency in creating and reviewing Construction Drawings
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively and lead cross-functional teams
• Relevant experience in interior design, decoration, or architectural solutions is a strong advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field
