1. Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Produces schematic design development and construction documents as directed.
- Performs original design work utilizing specifications, sketches and ideas on developing designs.
- Reviews shop drawings, specifications, cost estimates and construction material recommendations submitted by outside architects and contractors to ensure adherence to contract
- Reviews work of contractor, verifying specified materials are being used, dimensions are as drawn, and quality is according to contract document.
- Communicates with all involved parties and materials suppliers.
- Coordinates with all projects stakeholders.
2. Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or the equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in equivalent position in interior/exterior design.
3. General Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
- Very good command with engineering software (AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup and Vray/Lumion)
- Strong computer drafting and rendering skills
- Strong organization and follow up skills including the ability to handle competing priorities and meet all deadlines and commitments.
- Very good communication skills along with good or developing skills.
- Very good MS office skills.
