The project:
This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.
Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.
You'll be responsible for:
Lead the design management process for large scale Roads and Bridges packages, managing technical design consultancies.
Guide daily activities of design management teams across projects.
Ensure briefs, governance and stakeholder requirements are met.
Provide operational support and coordinated project deliverables.
Analyse, interpret and present KPIs and management review data.
Support business development and work winning initiatives.
Build effective relationships, leveraging reachback and Centre of Excellence knowledge.
Champion net zero carbon transition through proactive emissions management.
You'll need to have:
Degree qualification in the relevant subject essential.
Chartered or professional membership is an advantage.
Proven track record delivering the design process for large civils/infrastructure projects.
Membership of RIBA, MICE, CIBSE, CIOB, RICS, CIAT or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development is preferred.
Knowledge of building safety legislation, building standards, construction contracts, professional appointments and health and safety legislation.
