The project:

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Lead the design management process for large scale Roads and Bridges packages, managing technical design consultancies.

  • Guide daily activities of design management teams across projects.

  • Ensure briefs, governance and stakeholder requirements are met.

  • Provide operational support and coordinated project deliverables.

  • Analyse, interpret and present KPIs and management review data.

  • Support business development and work winning initiatives.

  • Build effective relationships, leveraging reachback and Centre of Excellence knowledge.

  • Champion net zero carbon transition through proactive emissions management.

You'll need to have:

  • Degree qualification in the relevant subject essential.

  • Chartered or professional membership is an advantage.

  • Proven track record delivering the design process for large civils/infrastructure projects.

  • Membership of RIBA, MICE, CIBSE, CIOB, RICS, CIAT or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development is preferred.

  • Knowledge of building safety legislation, building standards, construction contracts, professional appointments and health and safety legislation.
