Design Manager

We're Hiring: Design Manager Architecture & Interior Design (Dubai)

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Design Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai.

Requirements:

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in the Architecture and Interior Design industry.

- Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary design teams across all project stages.

- Strong portfolio in luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial projects in the region.

- In-depth knowledge of design development, materials selection, and construction detailing.

- Familiar with local authority regulations (Dubai/Abu Dhabi), submission processes, and building codes.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

- Experience working with consultants, contractors, and clients throughout project lifecycles.

- Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

- Ability to guide the team from concept to completion with a focus on design integrity, budget, and execution quality.
