Role Purpose:

As the Events Experience Design & Programming Director, you'll work closely with the Managing Director to shape their experiential projects. Your role will involve developing unique and compelling concepts aligned with brand objectives, engaging audiences, and driving media impact and word of mouth. If you have a deep connection to culture, technology, brand, and design, and a knack for storytelling, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and develop exceptional experience concepts in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Explore new creative ideas and approaches, pushing the envelope of creativity.
• Design and program new IP concepts and experiential projects that meet audience and business goals.
• Utilize technical capabilities in IP conceptualization, experience ideation, A/V, virtual technology, mapping/3D, visualization, programming design, editorial, curation, and site direction.
• Conduct thorough audience mapping exercises and research to gain insights into target demographics.
• Lead the end-to-end design of experience concepts, ensuring seamless integration of creative concepts, technical elements, production logistics, and budget considerations.
• Foster a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors to bring experiences to life.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 9+ years of experience in designing experiential campaigns and new IP concepts in MENA.
• Strong experience in consumer events, live experiences, and experiential brand activation across various industries in MENA (ideally including KSA).
• Proficient in A/V technologies, virtual tech (VR/AR), mapping/3D software, visualization tools, and programming design.
• Skilled in storytelling, narrative development, content curation, and editorial.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
