The Role

Support the development, presentation and execution of design solutions across tiles, sanitaryware, faucets, and lifestyle products. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure that design selections align with brand standards, market trends, and project requirements.

What You Will Be Doing

Product Selection & Specification

  • Prepare design proposals using full product portfolio (tiles, sanitaryware, faucets, accessories).
  • Ensure designers and sales teams select products from approved and updated product lists.
  • Support creation of design portfolios, mood boards, and material palettes.

Design Support for Projects

  • Assist architects, interior designers, and consultants with product recommendations.
  • Provide technical guidance on product applications, finishes, sizes, and installation requirements.
  • Prepare layout drawings, tile patterns, and bathroom design concepts when required.

Trend & Market Research

  • Monitor global design trends in ceramics, interiors, and architecture.
  • Provide insights to the product development team on colors, textures, and formats.
  • Benchmark competitor products and identify opportunities for innovation.

Contribution to Customer Conversion

  • Support the sales team by providing designdriven solutions that help convert potential customers into confirmed clients.
  • Prepare compelling design presentations that highlight the value, aesthetics, and technical advantages of products.
  • Participate in client meetings to explain design concepts, product selections, and layout options that influence purchasing decisions.
  • Collaborate with sales to understand customer needs and tailor design proposals that increase the likelihood of closing deals.
  • Ensure timely followup on design requests to maintain customer interest and strengthen trust in the brand.

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure all design proposals follow brand guidelines and technical standards.
  • Verify that selected products meet project specifications and regulatory requirements.

What We Are Looking For

Our Ideal Match

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, or a related field.
  • 46 years of experience in Design & Sales, assisting customers with product selection and implementing design solution.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
  • Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and interior design principles.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
