This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding short-term rental business as we expand our Dubai business and make Dubai the headquarters for our business worldwide.
Responsibilities:
Inspection Management: Schedule and conduct property inspections to ensure they meet our quality and safety standards. Document and report any issues or required repairs.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to schedule and coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and repair activities for vacation rental properties.
Vendor Relations: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to arrange purchases and deliveries of supplies, furniture, and equipment needed for onboarding new properties or replenishing existing ones.
Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory for cleaning supplies, linens, and other essential items, and place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
Quality Control: Ensure that each property meets our high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and functionality before welcoming guests.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of property onboarding activities, including cleaning schedules, maintenance logs, and vendor invoices.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the onboarding process, making it more efficient and cost-effective.
Compliance: Ensure that all properties adhere to local regulations and safety standards. Obtain all necessary governmental permits and documentation required per each community management.
Employee Scheduling: Create effective employee schedules for the housekeeping and maintenance teams, taking into account workload, availability, and productivity goals.
