Designer

As a Remote Designer at Bricks, you will be creating visual content for print and digital media, including logos, advertisements and social media posts. You will design graphics that align with a brand's identity, communicate messages effectively, and engage target audiences.

Daily Responsibilities

- Partake in the creative direction and execution of multimedia projects.

- Curate and finalize design ideas, concepts, and the creation of materials in print, and other mediums for a variety of projects.

- Collaborate with the Creative department to provide brainstorms and recommendations including but not limited to concepts, design & art direction.

- Multidisciplinary design approaches and techniques for a variety of graphic design activities, including desktop publishing and layout & illustration.

- Contribute to the editorial development of projects.

- Research & brainstorm for mood boards, color palettes, and typography (fonts) for brand identity & social media projects.

- Ensure to distribute and be responsible for the workflow within the graphic designers.

- Align project execution within the clients timeline.

- Create a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with softwares such as Adobe.

- Communicate with the clients when necessary to ensure the accuracy of the clients requests.

- Develop artworks for the clients social media pages.

Skills & Competencies

- 3+ years of experience in the same field.

- Expert in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe After Effects.

- Knowledgeable of social media platforms, photography, and photo editing.

- Strong communication skills, great attention to detail, ability to multitask, and meet demanding deadlines.

- Ability to translate concepts into effective visual presentations, products, collaterals, and merchandising that fulfill strategic marketing objectives.

- Basic project management skills include defining project scope, budget, and schedules necessary to complete projects in a timely manner.

- Basic understanding of competitive design trends that are translated into the product development process.

- Strong design portfolio and references.
