Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Technical Consultant to design, build, and optimize scalable enterprise solutions. This role requires 6+ years of hands-on D365 F&O development experience and participation in 34 end-to-end D365 F&O implementations.

You will bring deep expertise in X++ development, extension-based customizations, complex integrations, and performance optimization, with a strong understanding of Microsoft best practices and the full SDLC. Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate is a strong advantage.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and optimize Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions using X++ and extension-based architecture.
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical designs and participate in solution workshops.
• Build and manage complex integrations using OData, REST/SOAP APIs, DMF, and custom .NET components.
• Develop business use cases using Power Platform tools, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Own the full SDLC across analysis, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Monitor and optimize system performance using Trace Parser, SQL tuning, and LCS.
• Manage code versioning, builds, and deployments through Azure DevOps.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.
• Produce clear, high-quality technical documentation and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations development experience.
• Proven delivery of 34 full lifecycle D365 F&O implementations.
• Strong expertise in X++, extension-based customizations, and Microsoft best practices.
• Solid experience with integrations (OData, REST/SOAP, DMF, .NET).
• Strong understanding of SDLC, performance optimization, and system monitoring.
• Experience using Azure DevOps for source control and deployments.
• Exposure to Power Apps and Power Automate is a strong plus.
• Analytical problem-solver with the ability to work independently and manage complex technical challenges.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Recruitment Process and Timeline

First, you apply, and our talent attraction team will review your profile. If your profile matches our requirements, you will receive a link to schedule a meeting with a recruiter at your convenience. This meeting is an opportunity for you to share more about yourself and for us to get to know you better.

If you are shortlisted, you will meet with our hiring managers. Depending on the role and its requirements, you may need to attend 2-3 interview rounds. These rounds could include a case study, role-play, trial assignment, or live coding session, which will be communicated to you in the initial conversation.

Upon successful completion of the interview rounds, your recruiter will contact you to discuss the offer. We aim to complete this process within 2-3 weeks.
