Job Description
Develop and manage the schedule & cost. Manage contracts (including changes and variations) for the Studies
Manage review & finalization of Study deliverables. Manage and communicate performance, implement lessons learnt & participate in audits and reviews.
Manage transition of projects during and after Studies to Project Engineering.
Support engineering definition, operational requirements and philosophies into the project, construction activities, operational readiness and assurance process including commissioning and start-up, handover, and close outs.
Identify threats, opportunities, and constraints to the projects, and evaluate risk mitigations
Identify and evaluate new technologies. Support pilot projects
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Chemical or Petroleum Engineering,
15+ years of direct experience in engineering, project management and execution of oil & gas projects
Experience in typical upstream facility mechanical/process design principles such as multiphase flow, separator/ pump/compressor capacity evaluation, pipe/valve sizing, hydraulic analysis, etc.
Knowledge of process engineering, hydraulic modelling and supporting software
Well-developed planning and organization skills, including the ability to work independently, prioritize activities, meet deadlines, and actively manage time in a dynamic work environment
