Our client is expanding across Dubai and looking for a talented Development Manager for design, planning, and pre-construction phases of residential projects.
What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day development of residential projects from concept through approvals.
- Manage architects, engineers, and cost consultants.
- Drive design quality aligned with brand and operational standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams across Brand, Operations, Finance, and Delivery.
- Oversee authority submissions, approvals, and key project milestones.
- Support feasibility studies, financial inputs, and risk assessments.
- Present project updates to senior leadership and external partners.
What We're Looking For
- 58 years real estate development experience with strong design/planning exposure.
- Solid UAE experiencemust be familiar with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and other authorities.
- Background in architecture, engineering, or design management is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary consultant teams.
