Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in examining and analyzing potential real estate investment opportunities to assess their viability and alignment with company goals.
  • Conduct market research to gather economic, demographic, and environmental data that supports project development decisions.
  • Contribute to the creation of business plans for identified opportunities, providing data and insights relevant to project potential.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders during due diligence to gather necessary information and assess opportunities.
  • Help establish and monitor the project's master development schedule, keeping stakeholders updated on progress.
  • Coordinate with the design team to define desired design efficiencies, themes, and KPIs.
  • Assist in developing and updating development briefs for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the monitoring of design activities (RFPs, submissions, meetings) in collaboration with the design management team.
  • Review project design documents at each stage to ensure compliance with client promises and project specifications.
  • Track project KPIs in collaboration with the Financial Feasibility & Analysis team, conducting actual vs. forecast analysis.
  • Review marketing materials and ensure alignment with project branding and messaging.
  • Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with project specifications and client promises.
  • Assist in coordinating and managing launch activities for new projects and districts.
  • Assist in the approval of material selections to ensure they meet project standards and client expectations.
  • Attend design meetings to ensure deliverables align with project vision and objectives.
  • Assist in the handover of projects to the Clients & Communities Team after construction completion.

Educational Background, Skills, and Experience:

  • 10-12 years of experience with a proven success record in the same role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any relevant field.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel Word PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work effectively, and manage stakeholders expectations.
  • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and regulations is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
