Job Description

5+ years of professional DevOps/Infrastructure engineering experience

3+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments

3+ years of experience with Docker containerization

2+ years working with GitLab CI/CD or similar platforms

2+ years of cloud platform experience (AWS and/or GCP)

Proven experience with ArgoCD or other GitOps tools

Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and GPU workloads (NVIDIA GPUs, CUDA)

Knowledge of Helm charts and package management

Familiarity with service mesh architectures (Istio, Linkerd)

Experience with database administration (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis)

Understanding of networking protocols and troubleshooting

Experience with multi-cloud and hybrid cloud architectures

Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001, GDPR)

Certifications: CKA, CKAD, AWS Solutions Architect, GCP Professional Cloud Architect

Required Skills

Expert-level Linux system administration (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL)

Advanced Docker containerization and image optimization

Production Kubernetes deployment and management (GKE, EKS, or self-managed)

GitLab CI/CD pipeline development and optimization

ArgoCD for GitOps deployments

AWS services: EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM

GCP services: Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, VPC, IAM

Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi

Scripting: Bash, Python, or Go

Version control: Git workflows and branching strategies

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
