Job Description

Job Title:

Business Development Representative Egypt

Location:

Egypt (with flexibility to travel nationally and internationally)

Department:

Middle East & Africa Sales Division

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard local distribution partners (wholesalers, EPCs, installers) aligned with Aiko's growth objectives.

- Manage and nurture key accounts, ensuring alignment with performance and cooperation goals.

- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to provide strategic input.

- Drive brand visibility through local marketing events, industry expos, and collaboration with strategic partners.

- Coordinate with internal teams (technical support, marketing, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and activity reports on a regular basis.

- Represent Aiko professionally and credibly in all interactions with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the solar or energy sector.

- Strong network within the Egypt solar market (distribution, EPCs, or C&I customers) is a strong advantage.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and take ownership.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
