You support our team as
DGS Service Engineer
Responsibilities
- Maintain DGS CoC facilities and equipment, make recommendations as & when required.
- Assisting service manager for DGS CoC efficient operations and speedy delivery of DGS.
- Make recommendations for additional resources including personnel and equipment, and training needs of personnel.
- Co-ordination of smooth running of the DGS CoC with service staff.
- Assist sales dept. in troubleshooting jobs; carry out important installation jobs at sites.
- Where applicable, make RCA reports of DGS Seals.
- Provide technical support to sales regarding technical presentations, training seminars for customers and staff.
- Maintain various on-going service contracts.
- Closely work with EB-Service Engineering department for finalizing RCA of DGS failures, Test cells & Faster Repair.
- Co-ordinate with customers, vendors & sales department for DGS CoC-related clarifications, queries and recommendations.
- Assist to Service manager for preparing monthly DGS CoC Planning & Progress Report.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
- Minimum 3-5 years technical experience working in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or related industries specially in Wet & Dry Gas Seals & its support system (Assembly, Installation, Trouble Shooting)
- Have knowledge of rotating equipment general arrangement, design and assembly, BOM
- Experience with large and complex organizations
- Appropriate computer and IT systems skills/knowledge (Advanced MS office, Power BI, document management)
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
