3. Number of Years Experience:
- Minimum: 710 years of clinical experience in nephrology/dialysis care
- Leadership experience: At least 35 years in a supervisory or managerial role within a dialysis or nephrology setting
4. Education:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or equivalent healthcare discipline
- Preferred: Master's degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
5. Certifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Certification in Nephrology Nursing (CNN) or Dialysis Nursing preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required
6. Any Other Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of dialysis modalities, infection control, and patient safety standards
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage departmental budgets
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance (e.g., JCI, local health authority standards)
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems and data-driven performance management
