Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support client servicing and campaign execution across integrated marketing initiatives. This role serves as a key day-to-day liaison for clients, working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality campaigns across both digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and able to manage multiple projects while ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery.
You'll play an important role in supporting end-to-end campaign executionfrom briefing and coordination to launch and reportingwhile helping maintain strong client relationships and operational excellence.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Client Servicing: Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for both VD and MX clients, handling incoming requests, addressing client needs, managing timelines, and ensuring clear and consistent communication between the client and internal teams.
- Campaign Support: Support the planning, execution, and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across both digital and offline channels. This includes overseeing digital assets such as social media content, landing pages, banners, live streams, and video productions, as well as offline initiatives including retail activations, out-of-home (OOH) advertising, and print materials. Work closely with the Account Manager to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives.
- Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional internal teamsincluding creative, media, social, and client servicingas well as external vendors and partners to ensure seamless collaboration, smooth workflows, and successful campaign execution from briefing through completion.
