We're looking for a senior digital commerce professional to help shape and scale a digital and e-commerce ecosystem within a complex, high-traffic environment.
What you'll do
- Drive the implementation of a digital commerce and e-commerce operating model, including third-party integrations and partnerships.
- Lead onboarding and management of digital partners (e.g. loyalty, payments, travel services, insurance, e-SIMs).
- Deliver commercial initiatives that increase platform adoption, conversion, and average transaction value.
- Support loyalty platform integration, performance tracking, and commercial growth initiatives.
- Monitor financial performance, business cases, and KPIs across digital commerce initiatives.
What we're looking for
- 10+ years experience in digital commerce, digital transformation, or commercial strategy within retail, travel or aviation sectors.
- Strong background in partnerships, platform integration, and revenue optimization.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce operating models, loyalty programs, and omnichannel commerce.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders in complex, consumer-facing environments.
