Job Title: Digital Content Creator

Job Summary

The Digital Content Creator is responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and presenting engaging digital content across multiple platforms. This role requires a strong on-camera presence, a high level of personal presentation, and working knowledge of the Dubai real estate market to create informative, engaging, and brand-aligned digital content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality video and visual content for social media, websites, and digital campaigns
  • Perform confidently on-camera for reels, short-form videos, interviews, property showcases, and promotional content
  • Present content in a professional, well-groomed, and presentable manner aligned with brand image
  • Develop creative concepts, scripts, and storyboards tailored to digital audiences
  • Demonstrate understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including locations, property types, trends, and buyer/investor interests
  • Collaborate with videographers, editors, photographers, and creative teams
  • Ensure all content follows brand guidelines, tone, and messaging
  • Participate in property shoots, events, launches, and brand activations
  • Stay updated with social media trends, content formats, and platform best practices
  • Review edited content and provide creative input before publishing
  • Track content performance and recommend improvements for reach and engagement

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent on-camera communication and presentation skills
  • Professional appearance and personal grooming suitable for camera and client-facing environments
  • Knowledge of Dubai real estate market (communities, developers, trends, pricing, buyer personas)
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)
  • Creative mindset with attention to visual storytelling
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in real estate content, luxury brands, lifestyle, or corporate media
  • Previous work with real estate agencies, developers, or property platforms
  • Familiarity with property walkthroughs, listings, and market update content
  • Multilingual communication skills (English mandatory; Arabic and Russian a plus)
