Role Description

The Digital Content & Information System Officer is responsible for managing the organization's digital content ecosystem and PR-related information systems. The role ensures that content, contacts, and stakeholder data are well-organized, accurate, and effectively utilized across digital platforms and ERP/CRM systems to support communication, branding, and engagement goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Information Systems, Digital Media, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in digital content, communications, or data/CRM management
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (Odoo or similar is a plus)
• Strong skills in content organization, databases, and reporting
• Familiar with LinkedIn, websites, YouTube, and email tools
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and well-organized
• Fluent in English & Arabic
• Strong cross-team collaboration skills
