Role OverviewWe are looking for a multi-disciplinary Digital Content Designer to be the creative engine of our brand. You will bridge the gap between marketing and product, producing high-impact social media assets, engaging video content, and polished UI elements for our web platforms. The ideal candidate lives at the intersection of aesthetics and functionality.
Key Responsibilities- Social Media & Marketing: Design and execute original assets for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter (static posts, carousels, and stories).
- Video Production: Edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Ad creative) and motion graphics that stop the scroll.
- Web & UI Design: Create functional web elements (icons, buttons, banners) and collaborate on UI layouts to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve our visual identity across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and web development teams to turn conceptual ideas into production-ready assets.
Required Skills & Qualifications- The Toolkit: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma or Sketch.
- Motion Skills: Proven ability to edit video and create basic animations/motion graphics.
- UI Sensitivity: A strong understanding of grid systems, typography, and web accessibility standards.
- Portfolio: A diverse portfolio showcasing social campaigns, video work, and web/interface projects.
- Adaptability: Ability to pivot from a fast-paced social media deadline to a meticulous UI project.
