Job Description

Role Overview:

This is a hands-on, execution-led role responsible for delivering Devmark's digital content across all platforms. The position requires someone who can plan, shoot, edit, publish, and report independently, while maintaining premium brand standards in a fast-moving, commercial environment.

The role works closely with the Marketing Manager and leadership team to translate brand direction and business priorities into consistent, high-quality content output that supports project visibility, employer branding, and overall market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Planning & Execution:

  • Own and maintain the monthly content calendar across all platforms
  • Translate campaign and leadership priorities into practical, executable content plans
  • Ensure brand tone, quality, and positioning are consistently maintained
  • Edit short-form video, reels, and stories with fast turnaround times
  • Deliver polished, platform-ready content using: CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro

Brand Voice:

  • Serve as the brand voice across all digital platforms, stay consistent within brand guidelines
  • Manage and create content ensuring alignment with brand messaging and audience engagement goals

On-the-Ground Content Capture:

  • Capture high-quality photos and video for: office culture and internal activations, events and launches, brand and project-led content, maintain strong standards for composition, lighting, framing, and visual detail

Social Media Execution:

  • Publish and manage- reels, stories, static posts, carousels. Must be able to maintain a consistent posting cadence and visual identity

Platform & Tool Management:

  • Schedule and manage content using Hootsuite or equivalent tools
  • Maintain an organized and reliable content pipeline aligned to the calendar

Paid Media Support:

  • Support and execute paid social campaigns across Meta (Instagram, Facebook) and LinkedIn
  • Assist with boosting, targeting, budget allocation, and optimization in coordination with the Marketing Manager

Research & Market Awareness:

  • Monitor Platform and content trends, competitor activity, short-form and reel formats, translate insights into practical, brand-aligned content ideas

Performance Reporting:

  • Prepare and present monthly social media performance reports
  • Track follower growth, reach and impressions, engagement rates, reel and story performance, best-performing content formats
  • Provide clear, actionable insights to inform future content direction

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Digital Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
  • 35 years proven, hands-on experience in a digital content, social media, or content execution role
  • Demonstrated experience owning content end-to-end from planning and on-the-ground shooting through to editing, publishing, and performance reporting
  • Track record of producing high-quality short-form video and mobile-first content for Instagram
  • Practical experience managing Meta ad / Instagram campaigns (boosting, targeting, budgets, and basic optimization)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple stakeholders and rapid turnaround expectations
  • Strong portfolio showcasing reels, stories, and campaign-led content with measurable performance outcomes (engagement, reach, growth)
