The project:

This is an opportunity to be involved in the delivery of major sports stadiums and associated projects in Saudi Arabia. Mace is currently delivering the programme which will require high-calibre and experienced people to lead teams throughout each phase of the project.

You'll be responsible for:

• Supports clients and teams in developing information requirements and managing processes within a CDE.
• Leads implementation of ISO 19650 standards for digital delivery and assurance.
• Develops BIM Execution Plans and ensures compliance with security protocols.
• Produces and manages Information Requirements (OIR, AIR, PIR, EIR) and shared resources.
• Oversees production, assurance, and checking of the Information Model (pre-RIBA Stage 3).
• Provides BIM training and knowledge-sharing sessions to internal and client teams.
• Reviews and integrates emerging technologies to enhance BIM processes.
• Supports cost planning, construction sequencing, and digital handover strategies.
• Implements governance, assurance, and compliance with organizational procedures.
• Participates in industry events and maintains expertise in BIM standards and classifications.

You'll need to have:

• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field BIM certification or training is highly desirable.
• Extensive years of experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) management within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry.
