Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to promote financing products
  • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions
  • Manage a high volume of leads with disciplined follow-up
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and ensure compliance with internal policies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and support client onboarding

Job Qualifications


  • Negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of financial products and digital finance platforms
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and communication
  • 0-2 years of experience
